Attendee - Registration Information 
If registering more than one person, please consider that the "Attendee" will be the primary point of contact via email and phone for the trip. 
Full Name and Date of Birth must match the Driver's License or Passport you plan to present at airport security. If your ID does not have a middle name or middle initial, please type "NA" in the middle name field.
Guest One - Registration Information   
If necessary, please select "Yes" below to register Guest One in your traveling party. All guests must be registered on this website to attend the convention.
AFBF requires each registrant for the convention to have a unique email address. If a guest does not have their own email, AFBF suggests you create one for security purposes to access their app.

Convention Package
Convention officially begins on Friday, January 19 and ends on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. 
Hotel Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 12:00 PM

3. AFBF Registration Fee ($103.63 per person) and Summit Registration Management Fee ($25.90 per person)

Flight Details
Program dates are Friday, January 19 - Wednesday, January 24, 2024.  
Members are free to book their own flight for the convention. Please be aware that the hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you plan to book your own air, please select "No, I will arrange my own flights for this trip" at the question below.
Air Assistance: Signal Travel is our partner travel agency associated with Frosch Travel. After you register, you will receive an email from Signal within 24 hours with flight options based on your indicated preferences. If you confirm a booking with Signal, they will provide flight tracking on your travel days to warn you about potential delays and work with the airline to reaccommodate if flights are canceled.

Payment for Air Assistance: Airfare is not included in pricing on this website. All airfare booked with Signal Travel will be paid directly to Signal over the phone when confirming your proposed schedule. A fee of $35 per ticket will be added to your airfare total for Signal's services.

Registration Deposit - Due Today
A deposit of $130 per person is due at registration. Please review your Payment Summary and indicate your preferred method of payment for the Deposit.
Your convention reservation will be confirmed once your deposit is paid. After you submit you click the blue "Submit" button below, a form will be displayed so you can pay with a credit card. The form will give you two options to submit payment to confirm your reservation. 
Deposit Payment Online: You can pay the Deposit Due today using the form after you submit your registration. Summit will email an invoice for the Remaining Amount Due five days after your deposit has been received.
Grand Total Payment Online: If you prefer to make one payment, you can pay the Grand Total after you submit.
Pay by Check: If you prefer to pay by check, please send a check for the Deposit Due to Summit Planners (the address will be in your confirmation email). After you click "Submit" on this page, you can ignore and close the window for online payment website.
