Release of Liability Agreement

Thank you for participating in the 2026 EVOLUTION AG/PRO GROWER Winter Getaway (hereafter “Getaway”). We ask for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the safety and health of all participants by agreeing to the following:

1. In consideration for being allowed to participate in Getaway events and related travel sponsored by Evolution Ag/Pro Grower, I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Evolution Ag/Pro Grower, and its officers, shareholders, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns (“the Released Parties”), from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries, damages, or other losses of any kind sustained on account of, resulting from, or otherwise connected in any way with my participation in any travel, booking, or related activities sponsored, organized, or arranged by Evolution Ag/Pro Grower, including specifically any injuries or damages caused by the omissions of any of the Released Parties or others acting on their behalf.

2. I understand and am aware that both domestic and international travel come with potential hazards and risks, and I am voluntarily participating in Getaway activities with knowledge of the dangers or other risks involved. I agree to participate at my own risk. I agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, orders, directives, and guidelines related to the Getaway.

Winter Getaway Payment Options
New This Year - You're nearly finished submitting your registration information. The next step is to confirm your reservation. You can confirm your reservation with an online deposit made today, or by sending a check for the full payment of the trip to Pro Grower by 10/22/2024. The last question asks which option you prefer.
Option 1 Confirm Reservation Today with Online Deposit of $700 - After selecting this option, click "Submit" and you will be directed to a separate secured site to make your $700 deposit payment via credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed once this payment is received, and Summit can begin to assist with any deviation requests you might have made. Your remaining due will be sent to Pro Grower via check and must be sent before 12/2/2024.
Option 2 Skip Online Deposit and Delay Reservation Confirmation - If you decide to skip the deposit payment, your reservation can only be confirmed by sending your full payment via check to Pro Grower. Deviation requests cannot be addressed by Summit until your reservation is confirmed. Full payment will need to be sent by 10/22/2024 to arrive before the 11/1//2024 registration deadline.
